Oops Help! Deleted User before I Deleted Their Posts

So yea I just deleted a user, but I should have deleted their posts first...

It said 'all posts by this user will be changed to guest' are you sure you want to continue and stupid me just clicked yes lol...

How do I get rid of posts/threads from this person now? Well over 1,000 posts on this account.
