Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

As Lynne says it's a modification issue, you have some JS thats conflicting with vbulletins own.

You will need to go through your edited templates in the style and upgrade them. I'd start with the headinclude, header, and footer templates.
