adding coppermine in tab button
 
I have been wondering how to add coppermine in tab button in navigation but i can't seem to add html code anywhere ? i have seen it in action somewhere but dont rememeber the url to that page. So i was wondering if you could help me figure this out .

in other words how can i create a tab and put html code in side it to point to coppermine so coppermine will open in the tab not direct to url in another window in the browser ?
