How to initiate Message Posting Doublepost Options

I have problem with this funcion.

On the screen my settings ..

I posting post after post and nothing happens...

Each usergroup can be excluded from double post merges, and Admins are excluded by default, so if you were posting as admin that's probably why it didn't do anything.

There's also an "Exclude From Double Post Merges" setting for each forum, so if it's still not working you could check that as well.

Ok i know why ...

i have enabled moderating new theards and posts by moderatos...

so my question why is it not working when moderating new t/p by moderators is on ?

how to fix this ?
