CSS using full url paths for google cache or combine
 
Looking at my cached pages in google, its a complete mess as Google does not properly use the css files as they are not full urls. Some are like the main form css is a full url but other VB css files are relative. I have been looking since yesterday to figure out where these are generated from, before 4.2.X i found some info but nothing for 4.2!

I would also love to take all this css and place it into one file but thats a whole nother mess as I have been searching for that

I think with CSS and JS I have 14 connections :( and most will not function for cache.

Main Css has full url, any idea why that would and other CSS are just /clientscript ?
