Request for userid string

Hi,

I have a deal related forum,where user posts the deals and those who buy the deals gets the cashback.
I already have a mod which convert the link posted by users in to an affiliate link,Now I am looking for some modification so that other users who clicks on those affiliate link his or her user ids gets added at the last and we come to know who has bought that item.
Please help me out on this.
