Guests can not see images.

Hello, I need that Unregistered / Not Logged In User also can see the images and not just links.

Check Usergroup Manager > Unregistered Users and make sure Can Download Attachments and Can Download Thumbnails is set to Yes.

I've already done that, but the guests still unable to see the images :confused:

Try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php

Link please? And, did you check Forum Permissions and make sure the permissions weren't changed at the Forum level for Unregistered Users?

I answered this question in your thread on vbulletin.com. You need to check the Channel Permissions for the Blogs (that is a blog page, not a forum page).
