Help with VB update

Hello,
I need help please I am using VB 4.1.7 wich has an option to create a new Atricle, Php page or/ and Static page but in 4.2.0 the only option is Article, are the other options has access from admin? or there any other solution if I need to create a Php page or Static Page.
