Support ticket system for vB5?
 
Hi
We're just considering IF we should be upgrading from vB4 to vB5 - but we're missing some kind of ticket system, to handle support for our customers via a forum or similar. Other BB systems like Invisionpower, have this feature already built into it's add-on IP Nexus.

Does anyone know if there is OR will be available as an Add-on or similar for vB5?

It's generally not being recommended to upgrade a live site to vB5, since it's still in Beta. Until it's Gold, it's add-on development will be slow at best.
