changing text colour of profile fields

In the postbit how you have posts, joined dated and other fields how do I change the colour of these and make the bold but have the information at the side like 2,000 for posts and UK for location ect as default colour and text?

You would want to edit the body_color variable under the Global category in the Style Variable Editor.
