Looking for someone to fix my forum and remove spammers and spam

Hi...I'm sure this isn't the right area, but I couldn't find where you can look to hire someone to clean up a forum. My spam preventing plugins aren't active for some reason and my forum is now over-run with spammers and spam. I'm willing to pay a good price to someone willing to clean up my forum, ban all the spammers, delete their posts, and re-enable the spam blockers. Thank you in advance.

The Unpaid Request area would probably be the best place to find help. Seems the paid request are is absent (or I imagined it.)
