Remove or repair checkboxes

A mod created some checkboxes on the user general settings area. They neither work, nor can I get rid of them, even after disabling or removing the mod.

Can someone help me find where the code is for them in the templates and either disable them or get them to work?

Edit: check in the Plugin Manager and see if there are any plugins that didn't get removed. You could also check the modifyoptions template for changes.

I checked the modifyoptions template, and the commbull coding was still there and I removed it. That removed the checkboxes. I want to re-enable the subscribe/unsubscibe feature for Christeris' Newsletter mod (it didn't happen when I reinstalled it). Is there some code I can put in where the commbull code that I removed was?

I'm not familiar with that mod. Maybe the best thing to do would be to contact him and ask.

He provides no support. I removed the checkboxes by removing some code in modifyoptions template. Now I just need a new newsletter mod.
