Paid Subscription Dropdown - Buttons Instead?
 

The way paid subscriptions work, users are sent to a subscription page, which has a dropdown menu where users may select their subscription. For example, if you have a $3/month plan and a $5/year plan, the dropdown would list both and users can select from either, and then hit the 'proceed/buy' button. The user is then sent to paypal.

I'd like to eliminate this step completely and instead create, say, 2 buttons for each on my sales page. Each button would send the user directly to paypal, rather than the dropdown page.

How can this be done?
