Hey,
I have a simple question. When you login to the control panel you see this menu "
Statistics & Logs" under it there is control panel log, moderator log and other options. My question is who can see and access this logs other than the super admin? if I have another user admin, but not super admin, will he be able to see those logs? or does his ID need to be added to the config file? also do super moderators see those logs? Thanks.

only add super admins to the config file and that should only be yourself in the config

So can others see the admin and moderator log if they are not added in the config file?

Give them permission to see the moderator log in Usergroups > Administrator Permissions > Edit Settings
