How can I display the number of unread posts that a user has?
 
Basically like the screenshot I attached from vBulletin.org is what I'd want. I want to be able to view the number of unread posts I have on my forums. Can I just do a template edit? Or make a phrase or something simple like that?

If you need me to be more specific, just let me know.
