[HELP] How do I move my nav bar down -

Hello!

I've just uploaded a new 'header' and my nav bar is covering the bottom part of it.

How do I move the nav bar down and off of it?

I don't know... it shouldn't. I mean, I can see it fine. I just opened up this thread in another browser as an Unregistered User and I can see it fine there. :/

Have you looked at the page source to see if it's there but somehow hidden?
