Plugin that Allows me to keep track of member request
 

We are looking for a plugin that allows us to keep track of requests a member makes. Let's say a member requests Service A and we complete that request 3 times, we would like to the post bit to say "Requests: 3"

Could you please direct us to the best solution for this?
