Toplinks Unregistered User Coloring
 

Hi,

I am using a white background. In the toplinks section, for registered users, they see:
Welcome, Name Notifications My Profile Settings Logout

All black text white background. Users not logged in see Username/ Password with remember me underneath. They also have help and register links. All of these fields, with the exception of remember me are outlined in blue.

The net result is that logged-in users have a very clear black text with white background. Hover-over shows a blue highlight with white text. Logged out users however have black text on a blue background. Hoverover changes the links to white.

Any idea how I can change this? I didn't see the option in the style manager.
