Place this in the usergroup's User Title box:

I would recommend uploading the image to your actual database and not another website.

I did, it didnt work

there's two boxes, do I put anything in the 2nd

User Title (Use this to override the default 'ladder' of user titles)
only has one box

Forgot to mention, you'll need to go to:

Admin CP > Maintenance > General Update Tools > Update User Titles and Ranks

Make sure the one's you're trying to change do not have custom user titles (In their profile in the Admin CP).
