Notifications?
 
I have to refresh my forums to see that I have a notifications.Is there any way to change the settings so notifications show as soon as they are sent?Is there a mod I may have over looked that does this?Would be cool if there were a way to here a beep when you get a new notification.

As far as I know, no.

XenForo is like this, but not vBulletin.

For example, if you get a new PM on vBulletin, the pop-up notification will show when you refresh the page you're on or visit another page.
