Is there anyway to reset forum to default, all editing to be restored in once????????

Incl database? like delete all users etc?

no no not at all....

just want to delete all plugins, phrase editings, template editings etc

just revert all but you would need to do each one by one

There is no single button to push to revert everything. For modifications, you need to go through the install instructions backwards in order to uninstall. For styles, just revert the templates (there is a Revert All Templates option in the dropdown). You can reupload all the default files to the site to make sure you have no edited files.
