Navbar Color changes to White while Page Loading

Hi there,

Wondering whether anyone can help me?

The Navbar (private message, FAQ, Calendar, Community etc) has the correct background color, however while refreshing/loading, the background color changes to White and just when the page loads it changes to the correct color.

I presume it's the alternate color, but I'm not sure.

Note the Navbar background color is correct, it just changes while the page loads.
