Attachment Problem
 

In our vb 4.2.0.3 board, Some members can attach file but some people including administrator can't attach. Why is it? How can I solve? I updated my board from patch 2 to patch 3. The problem is continuous.

There is no error page. It is blank page.

Create a new style with no parent:

• Styles & Templates > Style Manager > Add New Style
• Parent Style: No Parent Style
• Title: Default vBulletin
• Allow User Selection: Yes
• Save

Then browse the site using that totally default vbulletin style - do you still have the same problem?

I fixed my problem. Thanks lynee. If I edit my current template, is it fix in my current template? Where can I edit in db?

Don't edit it in your database, edit it in Style Manager > find style > Edit Templates
