Another user login after login

Good day gents,

Example of problem:

After login with name: User_1 (for example)
on forum is showing that you logged in with another users name, sometimes User_2 or User_3

I received many complains from my users, that after login they're facing the same problem.

Please help.

Install any new products recently? Might be causing a conflict.

nope, only a few and that was about few months ago. :(

Looks like I did fix it with this:
