"Can View Others' Threads" visible for all to sticky threads?
 
The "Can View Others' Threads" option is awesome, especially if you wish to make a private forum. However, it hides every single threads (that is not created by the user) that includes admin threads and sticky threads.

Is there anyway, (for vB4) that I can make it so that it doesn't show anyone's thread except for the administrator or specific usergroup? Or a way so it shows sticky threads to everyone, regardless "Can View Others' Threads" being set.
