Mass Email
 
So I am starting this older site back up and I want to send out a mass email to everyone about it. How can I got about doing this?

Go to the admin cp and then users. There's an option there to email users and a way to select them by different criteria.

It's very delayed though. I tried sending an email about 3 days ago and just got it today.

You would need to edit your email options & disable queue/batch based emailing.
