New Thread Post Process

Hello,

I'm busy with a script that is required attachment:

It works like: If you going submit a thread then user will be force 2 attachment a file.

Script what i need is if the attachment value is < 1 by creating new post then it must show error message.
Is there someone who can help me into this script??
