3.8.7 Patch level 3? That's the latest and last version 3.

What security problems do you think you have with it?

A poll is not going to tell you whether the vB3 series will still be getting security updates. Only asking the question on the official support site, vbulletin.com, is going to answer your question.

Version 3 is as developed as it can be, and I'm not aware of any further patches needed. Of course, no patch or security support in the world helps us if we install bad modifications or corrupt skins, change core files, etc. "Security" is relative.

I think they should. I also do not agree that version 3 cannot be developed more. I think there is still room for hundreds of improvements to be implemented. But they seem to not want it and force everyone to use newer versions. The only reason vb3 is still downloadable is that the sales would drop rapidly if they removed it.
