How possible is to Mimik these sites using VB4 cms

Hiya guys

I currently have just the normal vb4 without cms, looking to upgrade to cms but before I do that, how possible is it to basically minik these type of websites with some of its features it has.

cluboverload.com
drinkinbrighton.co.uk

I don't want to mimik these sites persay. just whether its possible to have, say, an events section and other multipul pages to the site.
