hi guys whenever someone signs up to my site they get this

what do i do its just started after i put spamomatic

Do you have Glowhost's Spam -o-Matic installed? That file functions_ghsom.php is one of the files from Spam-o-matic. If you do have it installed check your includes directory to see if it is in there.
