I think you can edit via admincp -> Usergroups -> Edit Usergroups -> Edit Administrators group (id: 6) -> Username HTML Markup -> on left field add [WoG][L] and right [L]

hi how can i make the [WoG][L] colourful?

In admincp/Usergroups/Usergroups Manager edit the group you want in Username HTML Markup the first box put
<span style="color:gold;font-weight:bold;text-shadow: 1px 1px 10px gold;">[WoG][L]
In the 2nd box put
[L]</span>
This will make it glow gold I like it as it is a bit better than just your normal gold colour

If you want the letters gold and the background green put it like this
<span style="color:gold;font-weight:bold;text-shadow: 1px 1px 10px green;">
as you see the first color is the letters the last one on this list is the background of the letters
