Edit {vb:raw notifications_menubits}

How can I edit the font of {vb:raw notifications_menubits}
I've searched everywhere to find this but I cannot, is it hardcoded somewhere or in a file somewhere? It's not in templates or phrases that I can find! Help!

Its in Style Variable Editor, go there and find navbar_popupmenu_link and you can edit it.
