Registration issue

I have some users having trouble registering..
The latest reported that this is what he got after he was done.

Does this mean anything to anyone or have any idea what it might be, he is not the first one to have trouble registering.

The exact error from your logs or a link to your site would be helpful.

yea i dont have that.. Nor have i ever seen it.
It's from people who are trying to register. I guess i might have to have some friends try to register & let me know what they see if it happens.

I just figured maybe someone had seen/heard of it before, like it might have been a common issue.

Why don't you try to register and see if you get the same error? If so, try disabling your modifications/plugins and see if you still have this problem.
Note: To temporarily disable the plugin system, edit includes/config.php and add this line right under <?php
