my site has been hacked and now its send Too many requests

my site has been hacked and now its send Too many requests Each page that opens causing users to be blocked from the site ban from the Firewall As it is expressed in more than 200 requests per second

I've opened several different topics and could not solve the problem
here +
here
Now after a full efforts to solve the problem Course without success I think it would be best to reinstall the web site
I installed the system again and I just want to help portray the database to the new site without losing issues users etc.
Course without the plug-and design it's probably the source of my problem
I will be happy to give one of you the details of the database to Transfer the database for me
Of course I will pay for it
Only important to first understand what the problem is
If there is another way you think to solve the problem say
The situation currently is that all modes are turned off
Otherwise, the site sends a million requests causing users to be blocked

If you want to hire someone to help, you should post a request here: https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/forumdisplay.php?f=30

Is this not covered under support tickets? maybe I am wrong

I think you are not allowed to post the support ticket url's over here & yes post it in the right section if you need paid/free help.

Edit out the links in the OP ASAP
Anyone can click them and "post as you" on your support ticket.

Include screenshots if you want but never post the URL to the ticket.

Learned that one the hard way ;)
