How do I change forum Id's

hiya

I've changed a few forum names, causing it to give it a different ID, i'm currently ranking for certain terms in SERP's, how do I give a forum a specific ID, so i can change those with a new ID, to the old one which is being ranked.

Eg, www.talknightlife.co.uk/f48 change it back to /f29

I have VB 4 + Vbseo
