vBulletin 5 Channel/Grouppermission can not be set (and other problems)

Hello,

I bought vBulletin 5 since Beta 14 and I'm not realy statisfied with it.

-> If I klick on 'Admin' at the Footer I get on a wrong path
-> If I change Channel Permissions at the form, I reciev the error: 'query_parameter_missing'
-> I can not install any Plugin, I get a Java Form error, for example the dbtech shoutbox
-> HTML Tags can not be set (no colored usernames)
-> If I login at /admincp it displays only a white site, I only can acces ACP if I use the site editor and type in my password the first time
-> I can not set a Infraction to a user

My Board currently run on Beta 17, I know Beta 19 is out now.. but I don't think that this would change anything

I suggest you do a fresh install of beta 19 and then see if you still have the same problems.
