Where is the verify_forum_url() function located? I cannot find it anywhere :/

It's in includes/functions.php, around line 7958.

I cheat. Seriously, I have the vbulletin code on my local computer and to answer your question I just searched all files for "function verify_forum_url". I don't know everything about vbulletin, in fact I probably don't know nearly as much as I should to be a moderator here. But when someone asks something I think I can answer, a lot of times I just find and study the relevant code to figure out the answer.
