echo pagetext of a post outside forums using PHP

Hello to all,

I have to echo the pagetext field of a post. Currently something like this is displayed:

"You can see the article in http://www.iubik.com/content/487-Park-Royal-Acapulco."

Do anyone know the class or how to echo that with the BBcode transformed...
