Notes in ACP for installed products
 
Is there a mod to add notes to each installed product that admins could see in the control panel? Since I have to make modifications to several mods so that they work properly, it would be nice to have in the dropdown list beside each installed product an option for "notes" that one could use to make notes of the changes that had to be made to get it to work properly, or use it for anything, for that matter.

It would be great if the notes were non-volatile so that re-installing the product wouldn't overwrite them. This would also be helpful if there is more than one admin.
