Pay by cash in the Subscription manager

I have a Plugin that I got in 2009 made up that would allow me to accept payments by cash for subscriptions. It's a great little addon that worked well in VB 3.x.x. I just upgraded to VB 4.x.x and I cannot get this mode to work. Can someone take a look at the plugin for me and see if they can get it to work for VB 4.x.x. It shouldnt be that hard to do, i'm just not sure what to do. Thanks!
