Custom Search Engine Friendly URL Plugin

We run a big board (nginx, vB3.8) with 60k+ online at peak. vBSEO drives CPU load up and crashes the site. We've done all sorts of server optimization (guest caching, etc) already.

We're looking for an expert who can help with a custom, scalable plugin to achieve English URLs. PM me if you can help.

I wanna see a site with 60K + online @ peak, how bout a link?

If you using vbseo, does your current urls for forums, threads,posts,users etc all contain the ID# in the url?
