any mod to allow users to use 2 prefixes ?

i would like to know if i can get a mod who allow us to chose 2 prefixes ?
one at first and a senconde one at final.

for exemple :

[prefixe] My title thread |prefixe]

If you have seen forums using a mod for this, then ask their admin where to get the modification.
