Will my ads still work?

If I go to advertising > Google AdSense it looks like this:

My problem is, the publisher ID is my old (declined account) ID. I am unable to change it due to loss of my vBulletin membership area password. (Note: I have gone through the vbulletin.com support team with 30+ emails, it cannot be fixed)

My question is: I have setup my ads inside the Ad Manager, they display properly but will my clicks and stuff still register??

view the source of a page that has one of your ads on it. Ctrl f for your correct pub id.

google_ad_client = "ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX";

if it's the old pub id your ads won't register, if it's your correct one, then you're golden.
