Auto subscribe to own threads in specific forum
 

Our forum is simply for customers of our product, to discuss it, etc.

We have a "Support" forum within this where users can create a thread and the community and/or a staff member can help them out.

What we would like, is in the support forum (only) when users create a thread they're automatically subscribed to it via email response. This way they don't have to refresh the forum all day (they're already our customers, we don't need them on the forum all day).

I've looked through forum permissions/settings and there doesn't seem to be an option for it, though I haven't used vBulletin in a while.

Would anyone be able to help with this? Maybe there's a plugin if it's not built in?
