Simple announcement
 

Evening all,
I'm looking for a mod (unsuccessfully) that gives moderators the ability to post up a simple announcement that can appear up in the header area.
Any ideas of something pre-existing?

There's a built-in announcement feature that can be accessed through the modcp, is there some reason that doesn't work for you?

This just creates a global announcement, doesnt it?
(ie, same post stickied to the top of every forum)

EDIT: Ok - I get what you mean :)
Tho I cant seem to pick up the {vb:raw announcebits} and use it else where :(
