Remove Whos online

How do i remove the "whos online 18 users" etc thingy on the way bottom of the forum.

Are you talking about the forumhome page, if so open that template up and scroll down to the bottom and comment that part out if you don't want to see it. :)
It'll be marked with something like <!---- who's online box ---!>
and closing tags too "<!--- end who's online...etc
