Turn music on and off

I added music to my FORUMHOME template on 2 skins. When I had vB3, our old tech was able to create an
option to turn it on and off. The option no longer worked after the upgrade. How do I redo
that so that members can choose to turn it and off? Some like it, some are annoyed. I need to do something. :P
