Converting from Fixed to Fluid

How can I convert a theme from Fixed to Fluid

Using Vbulletin 4.2

Help is needed.

Normally you would change the stylevars doc_width to a percentage (or auto) and then the doc_margins to auto (or a set number of pixels). If you are using a custom style and those stylevars don't work to change things, you will need to ask the designer for help changing it.
