I need functionality like Tripadvisor (5 star rating system with forum review)
I want my website to have similar functionality to Tripadvisor.com. I.e a forum and review based website but with the added function of a 5 star user rating system.

The site will be non-transactional and users have an account and can create reviews for other users to view.
I need the users to be able to add reviews in text and importantly to use a star rating system so that over time a picture/score can be built up about a given subject.

Trip advisor is the closest thing I have seen (this link roughly sums up the functionality I want): http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_Rev...Koh_Samui.html
