CMS Drop down menu for section..

For example...

Here are my sections:

> INDEX
> HELP
> BLOGROLL
>> Blog1
>> Blog2

Is it possible to make a downdown menu for "BLOGROLL" containing all of its categories? I'm happy to hard code it but I don't know where to start.

(I don't want to use the blog feature of vbulletin btw but the CMS.)
